Those who know even the slightest bit about economics might like to listen to the audio - when it is up on the Radio NZ site, of the interview this morning between Geoff Robinson and the leader of the junior member of the Axis alliance, as the junior Axis member tried to explain his party's economic policy. The explanation of the sanitised float was particularly enjoyable, followed by the the justification for the re-write of the Reserve Bank Act. Remember this person is our longest serving MP, a former Treasurer and Deputy PM, and his has until recently been representing New Zealand offshore as our Foreign Minister.
There is quite a bit of word slurring again in this interview. Those with medical qualifications are encouraged to speculate on what might be the cause. We are convinced that this man is seriously unwell.
