Good, we now have a stark choice. Vote the Axis - Helen/Winston/Jeanette&Comrade Norman, all of whom are either in favour of voodoo economics or economic models that just don't work, or vote for mainstream policies favouring growth. We were not surprised by this Green decision (we always thought that jeanette would want the value of her shareholding in Fletcher Building bolstered by the $1 billion subsidy on insulation) but are pleased that they have made their formal membership of the Axis known.
We think Hooton makes a good point. How can the Greens made this decision on the basis of policy? We don't have a clue of what Labour policy is going to be until the super secret mini-budget contents are revealed in the Treasury lock-up some time before Christmas.
