Rod Oram Watch: Economic Transformation Agenda Is Working

Rod Oram opines again in the Sunday Start Times. Today he suggests that there is plenty of evidence that as a result of heavy investemnt in better technology economic tranformation is occuring at the grass roots level but it will take longer for this to flow through to productivity and growth statistics (not a bad line for the Government to use during the forthcoming election race). He describes arguments that government regulation, bureacracy, taxation and government spending are negative for productivity growth as simplistic.
