Important Research on the Food Miles Issue

Trade Minister Phil Goff has today released a report on the attitudes to "food miles" in the UK - why it isn't called "trade miles" we don't know? The message is clear, this is a significant issue for retailers and some consumers. We have to keep up the education process in the UK and Europe and not be complacent.
