Don't Bother Buying The NZ Herald Today

One of the joys of Saturday morning is reading the latest column from Fran O'Sullivan while downing a good long black at the local cafe. There is no column from Fran today. Maybe an extra long (Helen Clark Politician of the Year????) John Armstrong and a New Zealander of the Year section took up all the space. For the record we approve of the choice of Louise Nicholas as the winner. How she kept it together in the face of such intimidation from that creep Clint Richards we don't know. We would have given Business Leader of the Year to Lloyd Morrison ahead of Henry Van Der Heyden, but what do we know!
