Government Calls Shadbolt's Bluff

TEC funding details released todayshow a significant cut in funding for the Southland Institute of Technology. Mayor Shadbolt now has to demonstrate that he is a man of his word by "bringing the Government down". We asume that the Invercargill Council will now have to register in conformance with Electoral Finance Act and that Tim's warchest will be restricted to $120,000.
