NZ First Policy Statement

According to today's Dominion Post Winston is apparently set to announce his position for the post election coalition negotiations. Isn't this just a bit premature Winston. You need to be in Parliament to participate in such talks. Why not change the name of your Party to "Get Winston Back Into Parliament First"?
