The RMA Needs Major Change

The decision by the Environment Court to turn down the application to build a Hilton Hotel on Wellington's Queen's Wharf is disappointing, almost as disappointing as reading a lawyer acting for the only 5 star hotel in town crowing about the result. Hotel chains like Intercontinental should be pro-development not anti-competition.
