Perhaps inspired by the New Zealand Government's silly changes to the OIC regulations, Mike Moore is calling today, in an op ed in the Dominion Post (no electronic version yet) for a new global agreement on investment - beginning with a Code of Conduct (Mike we think there might be one already applying to OECD members).
We agree with Mike, particularly on the need for predictable, transparent rules, but we don't like the chances of this getting up in a hurry.
