Poneke today tells a disturbing story about poor service on a Go Wellington bus and suggests that the complaints system at Go Wellington is not as reponsive as it might be.
The Hive team believe that Go Wellington is providing an increasingly good and better customer focus than the bad old Stagecoach days, and we know that owners Infratil want to keep on improving things. We suspect from the way this site is being searched that at least one person on the Infratil team is a regular reader. But if they don't react straight away I suggest that Poneke contact Tim Brown at Infratil direct. This type of behavior by a Go Wellington driver is not acceptable.
