The Prime Minister appears to have lost confidence in Ministry for the Environment CEO Hugh Logan also, judging by comments made yesterday.
As we have argued before, Logan now needs to go quickly and quietly, so someone who the Government and wider community has faith in can take control of the important policy response to climate change.
