When Will Pump Prices Start To Fall?

It is good to see that a fall in oil prices has made front page news. The Dominion Post is highlighting the fact that price of a barrel of crude oil fell from a record high over US$100 last week to US$95.73 yesterday. It asks why this 4% fall has not yet been reflected at the petrol pump when the oil companies were so quick to increase prices?
