Water A Greater Worry Than Oil And Climate Change?

Colin James, in today's NZ Herald argues the case. It is interesting that Green groups here are so focussed on oil and on climate change, but not on the serious water problem in countries not far from us. Could it be that it doesn't help their domestic economic agenda??
