While the breach of security that led to the theft of the VCs from the Waiouru Army museum will be causing many red faces in Defence and Army HQs, we understand that there may be worse to come from the quarter. Minister Phil Goff is apparently bracing himself for more controversy. This might explain why Goff was left with this portfolio in the recent re-shuffle.
