NZ First leader Winston Peters will be called before Parliament's privileges committee as it investigates whether he should have declared a $100,000 donation billionaire Owen Glenn paid towards his legal fees.
The committee, which met this morning to discuss its inquiry into Mr Peters' non-disclosure of the donation, will also require his lawyer, Brian Henry, to give evidence.
Committee chairman Simon Power said in a statement the two would be initial witnesses, but did not say whether there were plans to invite Mr Glenn - who lives most of the time in Monaco - or registrar of interests Dame Margaret Bazley to attend.
