Police Investigating Labour Flyer

We haven't been following the furore over the Labour Party flyer that breached the EFA but find it very interesting how the Electoral Commission feels that it has the right not to refer breaches of the Act to the Police. We also wonder when we would have learned of the Police investigation if this case by the National Party had not thrown it to light.
