New Zealand The New North Korea?

Roger Kerr writes an interesting article about how New Zealand appears to be out of step with mainstream behavior when it comes to privatisation policy. He suggests that we are more in the league of North Korea, Cuba and Myanmar than the OECD. Certainly we at The Hive are amused that at the same time as New Zealand is nationalising rail, well known free market France is seeking to privatise its rail sector.....
