Emissions Trading Changes So Significant That New Round Of Submissions Neeed To Be Called

The Hive is hearing increasingly loud mention of concern from stakeholders about the Government's revised emissions trading policy. Both business and environmental groups see these changes as very significant. Given the degree of change that is proposed many are suggesting that a new round of submisssions needs to be held. A number of political parties may also be supporting such a position. From a Government perspective this may be a good face saving way out of the current mess that David Parker has created. Better to delay a vote than lose a vote.
