Matt McCarten Doesn't Like The SIS

Maybe still smarting from having at least one Alliance Minister refused at Top Secret clearance, Matt McCarten tries to pin the blame for the Mary Anne Thompson scandal on the SIS. It has been some years since will filled out a vetting form form, but do they actually ask you about qualifications? They certainly take interest in where you studied, lived and worked but we can't see why the SIS would be that interested in outcomes. Degrees and qualifications are an HR matter. Sorry Matt your argument is a crock.
