ETS In Danger?

Good post on Kiwiblog but this understates the problem the Government faces. This policy - as we have been reporting for many months - is a complete disaster. The challenge now for the Government is to extract itself from this mess. Can Cullen engineer this, introduce a budget and turn the polls around?? This has finished David Parker's career and will it finish that of Charles Chauvel also - Chauvel has been given the hospital pass of steering the bill through the select committee. And where is National on the emissions trading scheme nowadays. Nick Smith persuaded the caucus that National should support the introduction of the legislation. Is National going to support its progression?
