WTO Running Out Of Time

While WTO DG Lamy sees the possibility of bringing the Doha Round to a conclusion we note that this article seems to be seeting a firm deadline - Ministers must meet by the end of June or else it is all too late. Given that there are still no texts to negotiate on we can't see the faintest possibility of a May Ministerial. June will be fun logistically given the European soccer finals (hosted by Geneva). Maybe Ministers can bunk down with their Ambassadors.
