Well tonight we have no doubt in saying TV3.
One News was almost misleading on the National position on climate change, while TV 3 looked at the issue in depth and was completely objective. Far from perfect (climate changee is going to have to wait???? NZ is 0.2% of global emissions and the NZ Government has already delayed things by two years) but hugely superior to the One News attempt.
The TV fisking of Bill English by Guyon Espiner was also pretty poor journalism.
Both channels covered today's pre-budget announcement on Health. We did not know Cunliffe was going to be allowed to make this announcement today when we wrote the post below. Maybe there is something to this.
