North Korea And New Zealand Not The Same

The ex-expat has pulled us up on our quote from Roger Kerr's recent article. Speaking from her recent experience in the DPRK she says that NZ and the DPRK are not the same. We agree. In the DPRK the trend is for more, not less, private sector involvement in the economy, and they are also welcoming foreign investment (revisionists!!). We apologise ex-expat, but it good to see that you were able to read us in China. We were cut off for a couple of weeks (just after our readership started to jump).
