Excellent article by Fran O'Sullivan in the NZ Herald on Helen Clark's trade policy legacy. After a slow start she has really delivered the goods. While, no doubt, Tim Groser has other ideas with regard to his leader, Helen Clark will be hard to beat as the best deliverer of big trade policy outcomes of any New Zealand PM.
