What Are The Implications For Air New Zealand?

Last time we studied these things Air New Zealand's cash cow route was Auckland to the US (the cartel deal with Japan was also pretty lucrative). So what will the US/Australia Open Skies deal mean for Air NZ? Hopefully the media will do some serious work on this.
