US Chamber Backs P5

The world's largest business grouping, and the biggest and most influential lobby in Washington, has come out strongly behind the US decision to join the P4 investment and financial services negotiations and plans to join the full agreement. The US Chamber of Commerce is also wanting other APEC coutries outside the P4 agrrement to jump on board. While the NZ US Council, Business NZ and the Chamber of Commerce in New Zealand can all be expected to be strong supporters, what is key at the end of the day is the support that exists in Washington. This statement of support from the US Chamber of Commerce (over 3 million company members) is very important.
