A quick read of the world's media suggests that the following have recognised, or announced they will recognise Kosovo:
Australia, US, UK, Japan, France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Sweden, Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Bulgaria, Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Austria, Turkey and Hungary
Those that have said no at this stage are:
Russia, China, Serbia, Spain, Sri Lanka, Azerbaijan, and Georgia.
On the fence:
Canada and New Zealand
We can understand why Canada has an issue - Quebec. China has Taiwan and Tibet concerns. Russia and the others all have internal secessionist problems.
But why New Zealand? Is this about the Tuhoe nation?
