Time To Revive Hong Kong CEP Negotiations

The Hong Kong-New Zealand Business Association has called for fresh impetus to be given to completing the Closer Economic Partnership negotiations with Hong Kong SAR. We agree with the Association. Now that the China FTA has been signed the reason for not having the deal with Hong Kong SAR (the leaky border) appears to have been removed.
