Food Security

A good post from the Inquiring Mind on this today. We note that Frogblog is calling for the NZ Government to be getting more involved in the food security issue. We agree, New Zealand could be playing an important role. The trouble is that the emissions trading regime thaat is being proposed will see a contraction in New Zealand's agricultural output. World emissions will still rise. Food shortages will increase, but won't we all feel so smug????
