Chinese Aid to The Pacific
It has been ages since we posted on the contest between China and Taiwan in the Pacific. Partly this is because tensions between China and Taiwan are easing. Adding Noughts has today written an interesting post on this subject linking to some research on the level of Chinese aid, which may now exceed New Zealand's aid to the region.
