WTO: Even Goff Sounded Gloomy
As the usual divisions begin to appear in geneva and around the world over agriculture and non-agriculture chances of conclusion of the WTO Round seem to be weakening by the minute. Morning Report carried a good interview with the next Labour leader Phil Goff which seemed spot on. Goff was essentially saying that the differences are still too great to make it worth calling Ministers together anytime soon.
