Targets May Have Been Dropped From Climate Change Text
Various reports out of Bali are suggesting that specific reduction targets have been dropped from the negotiating text. If true, this is a major defeat for the EU and New Zealand (who seemed to be the major sponsors of the proposal to include these targets).
